Privacy policy

This policy applies when you use MaerinMe (personal life workspace on web / PWA).

Soft launch: public sign-up and sign-in via XCC IAM. No invite gate or waitlist.

Workspace content you create: tasks/todos, calendar and plans, finance (accounts, transactions, budgets, estimates), habits, and links between them.

Sign-in account data from XCC IAM (for example email / identity) so your workspace is tied to you.

Optional: appearance / language / currency settings; Web Push registration if you enable Habit or Event reminders on a device.

If you use the assist bar: prompts you send and AI proposals (written to the workspace only after you confirm).

Provide and sync your workspace across devices you sign in on.

Send Habit/Event reminders when you have allowed notifications.

Keep the service reliable (error logs; not for ad sales).

Workspace data is tied to your signed-in account and stored on the service infrastructure (for example the application database).

You can export, restore (replace), or delete all workspace data in Settings once you are in the app.

We do not sell your personal data.

Sign-in: XCC IAM (OpenID Connect). Creating and managing IAM accounts follows the IAM provider’s terms and policies.

Hosting / database / push delivery: infrastructure providers required to run the service.

No third-party ad networks on soft launch.

Data questions: use the support channel the Owner publishes on maerin.me or in-app when available.

We may update this policy when product scope changes; the date at the top of this page is authoritative.
